A company code is the smallest organizational unit for which complete accounting can be mapped. This includes the recording of all events that require booking, e.g.
- the recording of current business cases
- the preparation of the annual financial statements
- the balance sheet and income statement
With the WinLine BUKR module, you can set up different company codes for each WinLine client in order to manage the accounting for several independent companies at the same time. You can either save the company codes in the booking types or assign them to a booking record in each available booking window. The data can also be selected according to company codes for later evaluations.
