Foreign currency management
The module for foreign currency management in WinLine financial accounting is used to manage open items and dunning in foreign currencies. In addition, you can manage an unlimited number of currencies with up to six exchange rates in the WinLine. You can also set the dunning charges for invoices individually in the currencies and determine the expense and income accounts to which exchange rate gains and losses are to be posted.
In the booking process, you simply enter the amount in foreign currency and the program automatically calculates non-cash bookings and open items in local currency. If you clear the open items, the price gain or loss is calculated and booked out based on the current price. The discount granted is also converted into the local currency.
If an invoice is not paid on time, you can send reminders in a foreign currency and language. This ensures that your customer understands your reminder.
