Anyone who wants to work on a project across locations and companies is dependent on the advantages of a project management system - like the one we offer you with WinLine PROJECT. From capturing and managing to tracking and budgeting, you can keep an eye on your projects right from the start.
Assign different statuses for your projects and track their progress. In order to be up to date at all times, you can set up so-called workflows. You will automatically receive a notification as soon as a certain project status is reached.
The projects are budgeted on the basis of articles and resources, so that a project scope is determined in terms of costs and time. If you wish, you can transfer any project costs directly to the WinLine cost accounting, whereby you can assign the project-specific cost units.
Authorization schemes are used to control which employee has access to a project and can enter data accordingly. You can assign your own authorization scheme to each project.
