Quality management system
Our quality management system (QMS) in the WinLine supports you in the organization and implementation of test requirements and tests as well as in the release and blocking of articles. In this way, you guarantee the best possible product quality. In addition, the QMS offers you the option of seamless item tracking in accordance with EU regulation 178/2002.
Quality management runs through the entire WinLine program. This ensures that only articles, batches or semi-finished goods are taken into account in production planning or order processing that have been approved.
However, not all of your items may need approval before being sold or processed. Define the release status required in your company individually and specify which articles, batches or semi-finished goods are subject to the release test.
Using evaluations in the WinLine ACC2, you can always track an article or batch without any gaps. In this way you can see exactly which customer has received a certain article, which product a certain batch has been used in and which batches a product consists of.
