Your job after successful training:
Care of key accounts
They support our customers and sales partners on their way through all phases of the software implementation. As the interface between the customer and the software manufacturer, it is your task to understand the requirements of practice, to analyze them and to develop and implement solutions together with the mesonic team. They are the hub of the success of our projects!
Education, training and presentations
You pass on your know-how as a competent trainer in workshops and seminars - naturally after successfully completing your training - you present our programs at roadshows and at trade fairs and give yourself freedom of thought when developing new training ideas.
Quality control
They ensure that our software remains usable for our users despite its diversity and complexity!
Documentation
Translate the insider jargon of our highly specialized developers into a human-friendly language. Write easy-to-understand documentation and business processes - for the sake of our customers! Second-level supportYou support our sales partners on the hotline, via our in-house CRM system or of course directly on site.
- German language
- Basic business knowledge (commercial academy, WU or adequate training)
- Enjoyment of contact with customers and sales partners
- Interest in business processes and their practical implementation
- Graduates without special work experience are also welcome!
