WinLine SMART TIME

WinLine Smart TIME is the new, intelligent time recording software from mesonic and supports you in the implementation of the judgment of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) from May 2019. This obliges employers in EU member states to systematically record and document the daily working hours of their employees. With this judgment, the strict provisions of the Working Hours Act already in force in Austria are further tightened.

For this purpose, WinLine SMART TIME not only manages the times of attendance and absence of employees, but also maps the associated confirmations and the recording of duty rosters directly in WinLine. Project time recording is also available in an extension. WinLine SMART TIME thus completes the options already available in WinLine for recording vacation times, sick days, absenteeism, etc.

Other elementary innovations include the areas of machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) at WinLine. This includes the fully automated invoice receipt workflow in the WinLine: From receipt of the invoice to archiving the documents and their release to recording the corresponding transaction data in order processing or the financial accounting of the WinLine, the entire process is fully automated.
