WinLine SMART TIME is an intelligent time recording software that supports you in implementing the judgment of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) from May 2019 (C-55/18). This obliges employers in EU member states to systematically record and document the daily working hours of their employees.
To this end, WinLine SMART TIME not only manages the presence and absence times of employees, but also maps the associated confirmations and the recording of duty rosters, including capacity planning, directly in the WinLine. Use the WinLine SMART HOLIDAY module as a supplement, and you are always up-to-date on employee vacation schedules or absence times for other purposes.
With WinLine SMART TIME every employee starts and ends their working day with a time stamp entry in the WinLine time registration calendar. Flexible working time schedules, as well as freely definable break and break type models, enable simple and effective time tracking.
In addition to verifications and validation of time entries, you can generate weekly and monthly summary report that can be automatically sent to the individual employees for subsequent confirmation verfication. The WinLine SMART TIME modules provides all the means to digitally manage all the requirements of the judgment of the European Court of Justice directly in WinLine.
Project time recording
When you also use the WinLine PROJECT module, you have the option of selecting the projects that have already been created for time recording. In this way, the corresponding time expenditure can be recorded directly on a project-specific basis.
Simple & flexible
The time tracking solutions are part of the WinLine software suite, thus removing the need for any additional third-party software for your time tracking tasks. WinLine SMART TIME is installed and implemented directly in your existing WinLine system environment. It is operated using your own PC, tablet or smartphone. It is also possible to import data from time recording terminals directly into the WinLine SMART TIME module.
