Foreign currency management for order entry/invoicing

The foreign currency management is important for companies that enter documents in order processing in foreign currencies. In the WinLine you can create an unlimited number of currencies with up to six different exchange rates. This means that you are also extremely flexible when entering your invoice.

Define your own foreign currency documents and determine whether you want to preset one of the six possible exchange rate values ​​or whether the exchange rate should only be selected when you enter the document. From this point on, many other steps take place automatically - be it the display of the foreign currency price, the selection of the foreign-language documents or the posting of the revenue account, which is intended for foreign sales. The values ​​for warehouse, statistics, financial accounting, cost accounting and agent accounting are also automatically converted into local currency.
