The non-profit cooperative Gartenheim is based in Vienna-Eßling and, since its foundation in 1919, has set itself the goal of creating affordable living space for medium-sized businesses, small businesses and workers. Since the beginning of 2002 the WinLine has met the business requirements of Gartenheim.
